[Uosenateexec] April 1 2020 Senate Exec Draft Minutes and materials

Dear Members of the Senate Executive Committee,

Here are the draft minutes for the April 1, 2020 Mtg. We have also included here the new policy on Search Procedures for Academic Administrator Positions, the 2020 call for Senate VP nominations and the 2020 "shortfall" list for senate and elected committee seats. Please note, the "shortfall list does not include information from the raw data I pulled just today, so it might be slightly out of date.
