coe-staff: COE Faculty and Staff Commencement Information

Hello,
The COE Commencement Ceremony will be held on Monday, June 17th from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm on the South Lawn behind Knight Library.

The majority of staff members assisting at the ceremony will need to arrive to their volunteer position location by 11:30 am or the time listed on their assignment information sheet. Students and Faculty need to check in by 12:30 pm
--UG, Master's and Licensure student check in is by the back corner of the South Lawn near the cemetery.
--Doctoral student check in is in the HEDCO (Pilip) Courtyard.  The doctoral reception starts at 11:30 am.
--Faculty check in is in HEDCO 220.

A great addition this year:  The UO has designated Lot 17, in front of the HEDCO garage, as an ADA parking lot on the day of the ceremony.  Lot 18 and Lot 40 (the garage) will still be available for faculty and staff parking.
