UPDATE!

There was a technical issue discovered between yesterday afternoon and this morning with the Incomplete requests/forms.

For those that want more information about the Incomplete issue or other end of term processing, I will hold an AMA this afternoon at 2p.  An invite will arrive separately, but here is the link:

Bottom Line:  We are leaving the Instructor portion of the Incomplete form open until noon tomorrow, 25 March 2026.

This affects both the ability for an instructor to respond to the email sharing that a student requested an incomplete AND Instructor Initiated Incompletes as shared on https://provost.uoregon.edu/grades-incompletes-policy (direct link to the instructor initiated incomplete is https://secureservices.uoregon.edu/registrar/instructor-incomplete).  Instructors will be able to do either through noon tomorrow.

SECOND ISSUE:  There was a separate issue found by Financial Aid colleagues that will require DuckWeb to be down over the lunch hour today for a critical update.  DuckWeb will go down at 12p (noon).  The message that will display will share that an update/refresh is required and to anticipate DuckWeb to be available at 1p.  This should ONLY affect students, but I wanted each of you to be aware of this in case you are interacting with (incoming) students today.
