coe-fac: Rental Regalia for Commencement

Hello,
For those of you who don't own a set of regalia and wish to participate in Commencement activities, the College of Education will cover rental costs for regalia to use at Commencement.  Commencement is Monday, June 15.  New venue: The COE ceremony will be held on the at Hayward Field from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.  More information will be available in the coming weeks.

Order by April 20 to get guaranteed hood colors.  Although most of the form is self-explanatory, when you get to the 'Billing Information' block, choose 'bill department' and enter the index CCFGEN.  Please note the order cut off dates below, especially if you wish to purchase your own set of fine regalia.

You will be responsible for pick up and return of your own rental regalia.  They will send you an email to notify you of when to pick it up. IMPORTANT: Unreturned regalia will be billed at the full cost to the person renting.

Regalia Rental Deadlines

  *   April 20: Order deadline for guaranteed hood colors. After that date, you will be charged a $15 late fee and get UO colors.
  *   May 12:  Last day to order rental regalia. If extenuating circumstances kept you from renting, email orders at uoduckstore.com<mailto:orders at uoduckstore.com> to see if they can accommodate your request.
  *   June 26: Deadline for in-store regalia return drop-off or post-mark date for shipping regalia returns to The Duck Store Distribution Center.
Regalia Rental Options

  *   Bachelor | Master | PhD regalia rentals
  *   Packages or a la carte
  *   Cap/tassel or tam/tassel options available for PhD
  *   Guaranteed school colors for hoods if submitted by deadline
  *   Available for pick up at flagship Campus or White Stag
  *   Pick up notifications will be sent to email address provided when rental is placed
  *   Fulfillment takes 8-10 weeks


Purchase Options

You will receive your regalia in approximately 5 weeks, so order no later than mid-April to guarantee arrival before Commencement. If you need your regalia for an event that occurs before your anticipated delivery, Jostens can provide you with a complimentary regalia rental package which includes a black gown w/black trim, hood (school colors not guaranteed), and black mortar board w/old gold tassel.
