Hello Travelers and Travel Delegates,
As we are at the end of fall term and close to the holidays, UO's Quiet Period, and faculty/staff enjoying well deserved time off, I would like to provide some reminders and information regarding travel operations for December 23-January 3.
* Concur Approvers: If you are an Approver in Concur for traveler Requests and Expense Reports and have plans to be away from work during the holidays, please establish a delegate with approval permissions who can approve Requests and Expense Reports on your behalf. See attached directions for setting up a delegate with approval permissions. Please note, the Travel Office cannot approve Requests and Expense Reports in place of a traveler's department default approver.
* New One Card Requests: Travelers who need a One Card for upcoming travel (prior to Monday, January 13th), please enter your request by Thursday, December 12th at the following link UO Corporate Visa Card Intake Sheet<https://forms.uoregon.edu/node/add/ba-tci?field_er_doc_type=115951&field_er_submission_invite=>
* The last order of One Cards for 2024 will be submitted to the bank on Friday, December 13th and should arrive at the end of following week. The next order will be submitted to the bank January 3rd and cards should arrive the week of January 13th.
* If there is an urgent One Card issue please contact Brooke Montgomery, Travel Manager at bmillett at uoregon.edu<mailto:bmillett at uoregon.edu>
* One Card Pick Up: If you have ordered a One Card and it has arrived, you will have received an email from the Travel Office with instructions for pick up. Please note the Thompson University Center will be closed to the public Monday, December 23 through Friday, January 3rd.
* One Cards will need to be picked up by Friday, December 20th or may be picked up beginning again on Monday, January 6th.

* UO Contracted Travel Agency Availability:
* After hours travel agent information can be found at https://ba.uoregon.edu/travel
* Direct Travel Agency will be closed the following dates and times:
* December 24th (closed at12:00 PM) and December 25th
* December 31st (closed at12: 00 PM) and January 1st
* Premier Travel Agency will be closed the following dates and times:
* December 24th and 25th
* December 31st (closed at 12: 00 PM) and January 1st
* Travel Office Availability: Business Affairs Travel Office will have staff available to assist travelers and travel delegates remotely the following dates:
* December 23rd and 24th, and December 26th and 27th
* December 30th and 31st, and January 2nd and 3rd
* December 25th and January 1, the Travel Office will be closed
* Please contact the Travel Office at 346-3100
