Hello Travelers, Delegates, and Travel Approvers,
The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.
Date: Wednesday, October 2, 2024  **  Time: 11:00 AM to Noon
Guest Travel-As we begin the new academic year, many departments are gearing up to bring guest speakers, performers, and other guests to UO campus or may be looking to support UO student business travel or participant support opportunities. Travel for guests may appear daunting, but by asking the right questions and learning a few tools and tips, you can build a smooth process for guest travelers. Having a process for guest travelers can help your department proactively communicate with guests, ensure necessary documentation is collected, and will result in better experience for the guest traveler.  Please join the Travel Office as we explore guest travel from the planning stages to finalizing the travel expense report.

  *   Outlining how UO may pay for or reimburse guest traveler expenses
