Monthly Concur Roundtable

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Date: Wednesday, September 4, 2023  **  Time: 11:00 AM to Noon

Starting Off on the Right Foot- It is an exciting time as UO gears up for the new academic year and it is the perfect time to make sure UO travelers are ready to get out there and have successful travel experiences. The primary ingredient to success is establishing and maintaining the Concur user (traveler) profile. Please join the Travel Office for a discussion on how user profiles are established and the steps the department and traveler take to complete and maintain the Concur user profile. Travel Office is also introducing a new template for Concur user profile maintenance which we will preview.

Discussion topics include:

*       Setting up new user profiles in Concur and maintaining existing user profiles
*       The traveler's role in maintaining the user profile
*       Preview of new user maintenance template and service portal
*       User groups: What are they? Why should you have one? How do you get one?
