Monthly Concur Roundtable

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Topic: Guest Travel

Bringing guests to campus or asking a guest to travel for UO business and not sure where to start? Please join the Travel Office for a roundtable discussion focused on providing clear steps to navigate guest travel from the planning stages and entering a Request in Concur, purchasing airfare and obtaining ground transportation and hotel reservations, gathering necessary documentation, and filing the expense report in Concur.

Topics Include:

  *   Asking the right questions as you plan for guest travel
  *   Information to provide for your guest
  *   Options for purchasing travel (airfare and hotel) for your guest
  *   Is my guest traveling for UO business or is this participant support?-Guidelines to help answer this question
  *   A check of list to help travel planners be proactive and provide clear expectations for UO guest travelers

This monthly workshop provides UO business travelers, delegates, and travel planners with some simple keys to success so users can easily create Concur Requests, Book Travel, and file their Expense reports.
