The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates on the last Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Topic:  Car Travel Essentials-Preparing UO Travelers to Hit the Road * Much of UO Business Travel involves driving by car and this is true now more than ever. It is a good time to refresh your knowledge on the details of traveling for UO business by car. Please join the Travel Office staff as we provide information that will ensure travelers have the correct forms on file to drive for UO business, help make travelers aware of their car travel options, and assist with traveler safety while on the road. Topics include:

  *   Driver’s Certification
  *   Driving out of State
  *   Cost Comparison of Personal Vehicle, Rental Car and Motor Pool
  *   Personal vehicle mileage “things to consider”:  borrowed car, commuting, official workstation to second location, mileage log for frequent trips
