[Uopatos] Latino Heritage month library exhibit

There is a Latinx writers group, los Porten~os, based in Portland, that 
has published works that could be on display ~ and of course has 
connections to other writers in the region.

Milagro, also based in Portland, is the only professional Latino theatre 
in 5 states, and eSe Teatro has recently emerged in Seattle...

Guess it depends how much space there is for display! I'm happy to share 
information about/with all of the above.
