[Uopatos] Latino Heritage month library exhibit

Hi Olga,

This could be good. We do have to make sure we have rights worked out, and our exhibit space is not quite what you would find in a museum or gallery, but I definitely wouldn't rule that out. I also would love input you could give into works of literature or theater we might highlight, or anything you might be able to provide to help us represent theater arts (especially here in Oregon).
