travelnews: Concur Log In and User Interface Changes

[BAO news for travel administrators]

Hello UO Travelers and Travel Delegates,

Please be aware of a couple of changes you will be seeing in Concur this week.

The log in to a Concur.uoregon.edu is being moved from UO's Shibboleth single sign on platform to UO Microsoft Entra single sign on. You will see the standard Microsoft SSO login, click next and enter your Duck ID password.

Concur is introducing enhancements to the landing page. Beginning this week users will see "call to action" buttons at the top of their screen (see image below). While users can navigate with these buttons the standard navigation via the left side menu is advised.

It is important remember:


  *   Users must enter the booking tool by going to their approved Request and clicking in the Book Travel button

  *   Users must attach their approved Request to their Expense Report and this is easily accomplished by launching the Expense Report from the approved Request (click Create Expense Report, blue button on the right side in the approved Request).
