Hi Travel Delegates and Travelers,

Thank you to those who attended yesterday’s Roundtable Discussion: One Card, Everything You Ever Wanted To Know. It was nice to connect with everyone and there were a lot of great questions! If you either missed the session or want to review it, links to the presentation recording and the Power Point slides are posted on the Travel Office Training Webpage https://ba.uoregon.edu/content/travel-concur-training
If you are traveling for UO business and need a payment solution that does not utilize your personal credit card or cash out of pocket, consider the University of Oregon corporate travel Visa ”One Card”.
Benefits of applying for a One Card Visa corporate travel card:

  1. It’s a corporate travel card, not a personal-liability card. No monthly bill to you – the bank statement is paid by the UO.
  2. It's not tied to your credit record or credit score.
  3. Travelers won't have to "float" payments on the card while waiting for a travel reimbursement and will not incur interest charges.
  4. The One Card is linked to the traveler's Concur account so transactions post automatically to your Concur profile.
  5. Can be used for all reimbursable business travel expenses.
6. Upon completing application, card available to you in about 7 days. Rush order may be available.
How to apply:
1. Go to forms.uoregon.edu
2. Log in with your UO credentials and navigate to Business Affairs, Travel,
3. Click on “Open” to access the form

4. UO employee fills out the form. Be sure to enter your legal name, your 95# (UO ID), and your uoregon.edu email address, and Budget Authority information. Click on “Save.”

     * Next Screen - Click “Edit” and in the next screen enter your Budget Authority's email address, then click “Save.”
     * Next screen: At bottom, click arrow to “Send document.”
     * Next screen: At bottom, review and sign the cardholder agreement.

This corporate card program is available to all UO business travelers who have .5FTE or greater and a UO appointment with forecast pay. More information is available at https://ba.uoregon.edu/travel/us-bank-one-card
