Good Afternoon -

The Travel Certification Agreement is required to be updated every two years. If you are currently a Travel Certifier, please find the recently updated Travel Certification Agreement form at this link: http://ba.uoregon.edu/sites/ba.uoregon.edu/files/TCA_050814.pdf

If you have not filled out a travel certification agreement form within the past two years please fill in the agreement, obtain appropriate signatures and forward to the travel office by June 1.

We have recently expanded the travel certification program to enable more travel coordinators the opportunity to invoice their own travel reimbursements:

HOW DO YOU BECOME TRAVEL CERTIFIED?
The department's travel coordinator(s) successfully completes a training program and reimbursement review phase.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING TRAVEL CERTIFIED?

? Faster payment to travelers, documents don't have to trek through campus mail to get to the Travel Office for additional review and approval.

? Travel Office is still available for questions, document review and final invoicing as needed.

If you are interested in a review of your travel reimbursements to see if you qualify to become a travel certifier, please contact the Travel Manager, Laurie Jacoby at ext 6-3158.
