"You're Invited! - Now Here's the Rules"   --  Travel Policy and Bringing Guests to Campus.

The format will a panel of travel coordinators who will share their process, tips and tools for bringing  guests to campus and how they successfully communicate travel policy for the reimbursement of guest's travel expenses.

We will also explore Non Resident Alien status and how to successfully set up these guests to receive vendor payments.  And we will talk about Independent Contractors and the available options for processing their travel expense reimbursements.
