Good Afternoon -

The Travel Office is pleased to announce the expansion of the Travel Certification Program.

WHAT IS TRAVEL CERTIFICATION?
The Business Affairs Office offers travel certification to travel coordinators who would like to review, process, and invoice travel reimbursements for their department.

There are now three levels of certification available:

1. Mileage Only

2. In State Travel and Mileage

3. Out of State Travel, In State Travel and Mileage
HOW DO YOU BECOME TRAVEL CERTIFIED?
The department's travel coordinator(s) successfully completes a training program and reimbursement review phase.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING TRAVEL CERTIFIED?

? Faster payment to travelers, documents don't have to trek through campus mail to get to the Travel Office for additional review and approval.

? Travel Office is still available for questions, document review and final invoicing as needed.
