[BAO news for travel administrators]

Good Afternoon Campus Travel Coordinators -

We  have had several requests to slightly change the cloning feature available on the online airfare authorization system.   Several travel coordinators would like to have the name field also duplicated.

The Travel Office is requesting your feedback about the airfare request cloning function:

*         Do you use the cloning feature?

*         What duplicate fields do you find helpful?

*         What fields are duplicated that you do not need?

*         Would duplicating the names help or hinder you?


Any information you would like to share would be appreciated.
