COVID Volunteer Opportunities
Hi fellow Prev Sci-ers,

During our Capstone seminar yesterday, I briefly mentioned that there are a lot of volunteer opportunities right now in the community to help address some immediate needs of local nonprofits during this COVID-19 pandemic. While this is a challenging time, it's been inspiring to see the community come together to help each other.

Here is a list of current opportunities that is constantly being updated and getting longer each day: https://www.volunteeruwlane.org/covid19volunteer<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.volunteeruwlane.org/covid19volunteer__;!!C5qS4YX3!UYqWQoaEXe2xbSprdz0TCbus99M-y18FegPUq9QYJ-btAmDyB4jRc8usxuSM_ZZq$>

Please consider volunteering if:
- you are healthy and in a low-risk category
- are bored this term and have some free time, even if it's just a little bit!
- want to be of service and help the community :)
- want something that will look incredible on your resume and possibly help get your foot in the door post-graduation

Thank you for considering being of service!
Heather
