The Trauma Healing Project (http://healingattention.org/) is conducting 
an evaluation of their parent well-being program. They collect baseline 
measures at intake for parents, including:

- demographics
- an interview on goals and needs
- social connectedness scale
- health status questionnaire
- trauma symptom inventory
- parental stress scale

In addition, each time a participant receives acupuncture or individual 
body work they also administer a pain scale and a before/after treatment 
survey.  They would like to have their clients complete the baseline 
measures again every 2-3 months while they're receiving services, at 
termination of services, and 3 months post.

They are looking for someone to help with participant 
enrollment/retention and the follow-up surveys, and they have some 
funding for this.
