[Prevscilist] Annual evaluations

Dear PrevSci students,

As we near the end of spring term (sunshine!), it is time for our annual evaluation process. If you are NOT graduating in June 2017, please read on (if you are graduating, the annual eval does not apply to you).

Attached to this email is an annual evaluation form for doctoral students, and one for masters students who are continuing the program in the fall. Please review the form and respond to the questions in brown text by May 31, and return the form to your advisor along with your CV. Please save the evaluation file with your name in the title of the file like this: LASTNAME_PREVannualeval_2016-17

Your advisor will then complete your evaluation. For doctoral students, your advisor will schedule a time to discuss the evaluation with you. For masters students, your advisor may also schedule a time to meet individually (if not already discussed in the seminar or elsewhere).
