mriconvert: how to convert fsl NIFTI to nii.gz format?

Pay attention with Philips data. As far as I know it cannot save separate
b0 and typically b0s are averaged into one volume. So typically the 34
volumes are 32 DWI + 1 b0 + 1 average DWI. The latter needs to be discarded
and is not to be confused with a B0.
