Este taller de 1 hora explora a fondo el Fenómeno del Impostor, esa sensación de dudar de uno mismo y sentirse como un fraude, incluso cuando hay pruebas claras de nuestros logros. Aprenderemos a identificar qué lo detona, exploraremos los diferentes tipos de impostores y realizaremos ejercicios para fortalecer la confianza y la autocompasión. El objetivo es que los asistentes se lleven herramientas prácticas para manejar la duda, cambiar su mentalidad y reconocer su éxito con seguridad.
