Applications due May 14 (extended).

PSI provides professional development and mentoring experiences to
advanced doctoral students of psychology and to recent doctoral recipients
in psychology who are starting their careers.

For both practice and research oriented folks

Practice: Participants receive mentoring and training in the areas of
program
evaluations, innovative treatment models, organizational training
curriculums, or grant proposals to fund initiatives for practice
settings, such
as: hospitals, community health centers, integrated care settings, or mental
health clinics. All practice oriented projects must focus on issues
affecting
ethnic minority communities.

Research: Participants receive mentoring and training to help them transform
concepts into grant proposals, postdoctoral fellowship ideas, publications,
innovative treatment models, or program evaluations. All
projects must focus on issues affecting ethnic minority communities.
