coe-staff: UO Engagement Survey Participation Reminder

The following message is shared on behalf of Dr. Angie Whalen, Associate Dean for Instructional and Clinical Faculty Development, and Dr. Dianna Carrizales-Engelmann:

Dear COE Community,

The UO engagement survey opened on Monday February 23rd and will remain open through Monday March 9th. Thank you to those of you who have already taken a moment to complete the survey. So far, the COE is at 26% participation.

If you haven’t already completed the survey, please take a few minutes in the coming days to reflect on your experience. It is taking many people well under the allotted time of 20 minutes with reports of 5 -  8 minutes. Once the survey is closed, the college and your individual teams will use the information along with your insights to assist in guiding our shared experiences moving forward.

Note: The survey was delivered to inboxes on the morning on Monday February 23rd from sender: “Gallup” with the subject line: “You’re invited: Take the engagement survey by March 9”. We’ve heard that on occasion it has landed in the “Other” inbox or junk folder.

If you’re having problems or have questions about the survey, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
