<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The UO engagement survey opened on Monday February 23<sup>rd</sup> and will remain open through Monday March 9th. Thank you to those of you who have already taken a moment to complete the survey. So far, the
COE is at 26% participation. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">If you haven’t already completed the survey, please take a few minutes in the coming days to reflect on your experience. It is taking many people well under the allotted time of 20 minutes with reports of
5 - 8 minutes. Once the survey is closed, the college and your individual teams will use the information along with your insights to assist in guiding our shared experiences moving forward. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
