coe-staff: UO 2024 Educator Career Fair March 14 (Thurs)

Each year for the past 10 years, the College of Education has offered a job fair to our teacher candidates and alumni.  This year, we are pleased to share that our annual UO Educator Career Fair has grown to 27+ districts. Our district partners have encouraged that we open the fair up to all COE students, so that they can actively share the various classified (e.g. EA/IA, resource and outreach), licensure, and professional opportunities they offer. We consider this to be a professional development opportunity for our students regardless of where they are at in their programs.

Our COE Communications team will be marketing this event to students; however, we would appreciate it if you could encourage students and any interested alumni you may know of to register. See the event and student registration information below.

The College of Education 2024 Educator Career Fair will be held on Thurs, March 14 at the Ford Alumni Center. This Event is open to all UO students and alumni interested in a range of opportunities in the Pre-K12 educator workforce. Attendees will be able  to meet with hiring representatives, practice marketing themselves, and hopefully get some valuable interviews!

  *   We encourage you to come prepared, with 30+ copies of your resume and a sense of districts geography and size.
  *   Handshake allows you to review information on each district that has registered for our fair. You can expand your search and filter for the jobs and locations you are most interested, bookmark jobs, and get posting notifications sent to your email.
