coe-staff: Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch-Tues

Hello,
This is just a reminder that the Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch is tomorrow starting at noon.  If you are a classified staff member, please check in at the desk in the lobby to receive your gift.

If you've forgotten what lunch and dessert you ordered, please either stop by the table or find your confirmation email for the lunch as it listed your order.

We're looking forward to having a fun and safe time at lunch tomorrow.  Please keep in mind the following:
-          Please stay home if you have any symptoms leading up to and/or during the day of the event. The Symptom Self Check tool<https://symptomcheck.uoregon.edu/> may be used as a guide.
-          The UO face covering regulation allows individuals to unmask when actively eating or drinking in appropriate places. Masks should be promptly put back on when not consuming food or drink. If you are eating in a public area, such as a shared workspace, a breakroom, or common area, you should choose locations with good ventilation and avoid creating a crowded setting.
-          Please continue to follow the guidance on face coverings:
o   Indoors - required to be always worn properly except when actively eating and drinking.

o   Outdoors - not required but people should wear masks when in line to pick up food.
o   Face coverings can be removed when people are actively eating.

-          We will have hand sanitizer available.  Also, please wash your hands prior to eating.

Whether or not you make the lunch tomorrow, please take a few minutes to send a note to your staff to tell them how much they are appreciated!

Hello,
Are you free for lunch on February 15?  Then please join us for our Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch.  This event isn't just for our classified staff and their supervisors, but for anyone who interacts with our staff and wants to show their appreciation for the great work they do.

Due to the continuing pandemic, we will be offering a socially distanced lunch this year.  Everyone who RSVP's to our lunch will be able to come down to the HEDCO Courtyard from noon - 1 pm, pick up their lunch and take it wherever they wish to eat.  Eating is allowed inside our buildings, so this method gives you the option to eat outdoors, at a desk, in an office, or in socially distanced small groups in conference rooms. Please continue to support current COVID protocols by wearing your mask and using hand sanitizer.

Classified staff will also be able to pick up a gift at a table located in the HEDCO lobby.

As catering is having both staffing and supply issues, they may be unable to accommodate late reservations, so please reply no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, February 7 to be included in the count.  The menu is listed below and you'll be able to select your lunch and dessert in the RSVP.
