Zoom Update to Allow Co-Host to Manage and Control Breakout Rooms

Over the UO Winter break, Zoom released an application and service update to its PC and Mac platforms that gives co-hosts the ability to manage and control breakout rooms. This update now allows hosts AND co-hosts the ability to manage and control breakout rooms during a Zoom session. In order to utilize new features and security enhancements, please see the video links below to check for updates and manually update your Zoom application. As of this message, the latest version of the Zoom application for Windows PC’s and Mac’s is 5.4.9.

Zoom is regularly updating its PC and Mac apps, it is advised that you perform a manual update check every 7-10 days to ensure that you are running the latest version of Zoom.
