Hi,

As we face unique challenges in the upcoming weeks we will all be making unprecedented use of technology resources. Throughout this process, technology assistance will continue to be available in the College of Education, as well as centrally. The Learning Commons help desk will be open as much as we are able to staff it during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday). Beyond that coverage, you can also request help centrally for general support questions (please see information below). For technology support questions specific to the College of Education, please request help from COE IT staff.

We hope the following listing of services and resources will help answer common technology support questions.

Wishing you healthy days ahead!

Ken
