Hi Dianna,
I hope you are well!
I apologize for the late notice. Given the current recommendations for protecting and promoting health and safety, we are cancelling the office hours we planned to host at the College of Education tomorrow, from 12AM-2PM, in Hedco 271.  We do plan to have staff working on campus and available for phone consultations tomorrow.

I realize this is very late notice and am happy to walk over and post a note on the door announcing the cancellation and our main office phone number (541-346-2510) in case anyone would like to talk to an RCS staff member during that time, or to schedule a consultation for another time. Would that help?

I believe we should plan to reschedule the office hours on the calendar for April 13 (same time and place), but would like to wait a bit before setting the new date.

Again, I apologize for not letting you know sooner! Please let me know if you have any questions.
