coe-staff: COE Holiday Hours

Hello,



Due to limited staffing during the holidays, the COE Learning Commons will be closed from December 21-January 1.  As a result, package delivery services during that window will cease.



If your unit needs to place time-sensitive orders that will result in deliveries from UPS, FEDEX, Amazon or any other delivery service, that will arrive between December 21st 2020 and January 1st 2021 then, for this time frame only, authorized purchasers in COE units may have COE purchases shipped to a home address or other alternate address upon approval.



US Postal mail will continue to be delivered and will be available for pick-up from HEDCO 130 on both Tuesday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 29 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm.



Note: Although the Learning Commons will not be staffed, IT support will still be available by visiting service.uoregon.edu/<https://service.uoregon.edu/>.
