coe-staff: Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch February 12

Hello,
Are you free for lunch on February 12?  Then please join us at our Classified Staff Appreciation Lunch.  This event isn't just for our classified staff and their supervisors, but for anyone who interacts with our staff and wants to show appreciation for the great work they do.

The lunch will take place on Tuesday, February 12, from noon - 1 pm in the Ford Alumni Center Giustina Ballroom, so we have plenty of room for anyone who wants to attend.  Complimentary parking will be available in the Columbia Garage.

The menu is:

Green Salad with Assorted Dressings (vegan, made without gluten)
Mango Tango Salad (vegan, made without gluten, contains soy)
Roasted Garlic Herb Fingerling Potatoes (vegan, made without gluten)
Wild Mushroom Barley Risotto (vegetarian, contains milk, wheat)
Chicken Chasseur- Chicken breast with a mushroom, tomato, white wine sauce
Herb Grilled Chicken Breast (made without gluten)
Teriyaki Glazed Tofu (vegan, contains soy, wheat) Only for those who identify that they want the vegetarian/vegan entree
Chocolate Mousse
Seasonal Cupcake (vegan, made without gluten)
Coffee, Iced Tea, Water
