coe-staff: VOTING RESULTS - EdF, CDS, & EMPL PhD curricular changes

Dear COE Faculty Instructors:

Thank you for voting this week on proposed curricular changes by Ed Foundations, CDS, and EMPL.  All proposed changes passed.  To remind you, the proposed changes that passed were to eliminate EdF and CDS undergraduate courses and to redesign the EMPL Doctorate of Philosophy in Quantitative Research Methods in Education (QRME).  These changes will now proceed outside the College for further curricular review.

There is another vote request coming this afternoon. Please pay close attention, this is a NEW proposed EMPL curricular change for you to vote on.

I will summarize tomorrow during our College staff meeting the curricular changes that have been approved internally since September 2017.
