coe-staff: Office Moves (on behalf of Dean Kamphaus)

Dear Colleagues,

Effective the first day of Spring Quarter, I will be moving to a vacant office in HEDCO 130, the Student Academic Services suite. My move will allow us to locate the directors of institutional assessment and finance and operations in the COE Administrative suite in Lokey 170. We will also add a student worker at the front desk there in order to better serve the many publics entering that suite seeking directions.

All other individuals in the COE Administrative Office will remain in Lokey, with the exception of Amanda Eakins who will now serve as my full time administrative assistant in Student Academic Services. Shaun Haskins' duties will remain essentially the same, with the exception that he will be focusing more of his effort on facilitating our planning and policy initiatives. Amanda will take responsibility for my schedule and receptionist duties when I move.

We'll see how this arrangement works. I have charged Diane O'Keefe with performing a space audit of our entire COE complex to be completed by June, 2015. We will undertake a well-informed reevaluation of our entire space allocation at that time.
