POSTING OF FLYERS, MEMOS, POSTERS, ETC. IN PUBLIC SPACES
Policy: Bulletin Boards in public spaces will be designated for specific uses (public, departmental, COE, etc.) and maintained by the designated units.
Purpose: To maintain building appearances and structural aesthetics.
Procedure:
1. In the public spaces of the buildings in the COE complex, the following items should only be posted on designated bulletin/tack boards: flyers, memos, signs, posters, etc.
2. DO NOT tape, paste, thumbtack or staple items to doors, walls, windows, ceilings, posts, railings, or any other locations in building interiors or building exteriors. All such items will be immediately removed and destroyed.

4. Designated individuals in the appropriate units are required to maintain bulletin/tack boards regularly to make sure old flyers, etc. are removed on a timely basis.
