coe-fac: Sabbatical Application Deadline - Feb 28

Dear COE Faculty:

This is a reminder that the university-wide deadline for sabbatical leave requests for academic year 15-16 is February 28, 2015.  Applications for sabbatical leave must be submitted to your department head or unit director for review, then to the dean's office, before final submission to Academic Affairs for approval.

Policies and processes governing sabbatical leave applications, including criteria for eligibility, can be found at the Academic Affairs website under "Leaves & Retirement" (http://academicaffairs.uoregon.edu/academic-and-sabbatical-leaves), as well as in the United Academics Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement, Article 33.
