coe-fac: Order Regalia by May 16

Hello,
If you are a faculty member and would like the COE to cover the rental cost of your regalia for commencement, please complete your order by this Friday, May 16th.  After May 16th, the Duck Store will charge a late fee.  The list of faculty who have ordered regalia as of May 6 are listed below.

Rental regalia includes standard black gown and the appropriate hood for your Alma Mater. The cut off to guarantee an exact hood color has passed so it may be necessary to substitute a hood with the closest available colors or Oregon colors.

On the order form, choose the Spring 2014 ceremony.  The COE will cover the cost of renting regalia for the ceremony, so choose 'bill department' in the payment area.
