coe-fac: Review and Promotion Criteria

Dear COE Colleagues -- In accordance with the CBA guidelines, I am

 providing all College faculty with information about our existing

 review and promotion criteria. The COE Tenure Promotion and Policy as

 well as our NTTF Promotion Policy and procedures are posted on the

 Academic Affairs page (under governance) on the College of Education

 web site.  You will find links to both policies near the bottom of the COE academic affairs page.

PLEASE NOTE:  Our policies have NOT been updated yet to reflect all of the changes

required by the new collective bargaining agreement.

These are the policies in place for this year -- however there will

 be an opportunity next year for a more in depth conversation about

any changes or additions needed. If you have individual questions

 about these policies/procedures please contact your Department Head,

Research/Outreach Unit Director, or me at lindstrm at uoregon.edu<mailto:lindstrm at uoregon.edu>.



In addition, for those faculty who will be going up for promotion or

tenure during the 2014/15 year and beyond, there are a few additional

requirements based on the language in the CBA. Those additional

components are described on the CBA implementation web site.
