buyers: Ricoh - Property Tax Billing Error

Dear Buyers:

Purchasing and Contracting Services (PCS) is notifying campus about recent invoices sent out by Ricoh USA, Inc. for May 2014.

Ricoh USA, Inc. is sending "property tax" bills to campus departments in relation to their department photocopiers.

If your photocopier is leased under either (1) a UO purchase order referencing a State of Oregon Price Agreement; or (2) the PCS template "Equipment Lease Agreement", property taxes are not allowable.  In this case, do not pay the invoice(s) and please let Ricoh know they need to void the invoice(s).

If you believe you leased your copier under an agreement that allows these charges, please check with PCS prior to paying.
