buyers: Ricoh Invoice – Disregard 2013 Property Tax Charges

Hello Buyers,

In response to this morning’s email, Printing and Mailing Services contacted Ricoh regarding the property tax invoices being sent to departments on campus.

Ricoh has acknowledged that any photocopier leased under either (1) a UO purchase order referencing a State of Oregon Price Agreement; or (2) the PCS template "Equipment Lease Agreement", does not require UO to pay property taxes. Ricoh acknowledges these invoices were sent in error. As such, please disregard and do not pay the property tax charges on your invoice.


If you have further questions after reviewing your contract, please attach a copy of your lease agreement to an email and direct all your questions to contract at uoregon.edu<mailto:contract at uoregon.edu>
