Hi Isaac,
According to the Vocabulista in Arabico (13th cent SE Spain) and the Glossarium Latino Arabicum (s. XI) the answer would be qunalya or qunalyu. (< lat. CUNICULUM)
According to Pedro de Alcalá (Granada 15th cent) they said Sayda. For other options in the Vocabulista, see this link (courtesy of Antonio giménez Reíllo):
