[BAO news for travel administrators]

Hello Travelers and Travel Delegates,

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday the Travel Office will be closed on Thursday, 11/23 and Friday, 11/24. Travel Office functions will resume on Monday, 11/27. Also, the Travel Office will be having our monthly Round Table Discussion on Wednesday, November 29th. See information and meeting link below.

As we approach the end of term and the holiday season, please make sure department approvers are assigning delegates who can approve Concur Requests and Expense in their absence. This is helpful to ensure coverage for department approvers in event of planned and unplanned absences.

*       Monthly Concur Roundtable

      The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Date: Wednesday, November 29th , 2023  **  Time: 11:00 AM to Noon

      A New User Interface Is Coming to Concur! In an effort to increase accessibility for all users, SAP Concur is updating the software user interface. You can expect to have all of the same features you are used to in Concur Request, Booking Tool, and Expense, though the navigation is a little different. Please join the Travel Office for a preview of the new UI and an opportunity to ask questions.

      Discussion includes:
*       Preview of New User Interface
*       Step by step resources for delegates and travelers
*       Timetable for switching to new UI
*       Review of assigning delegates with approval permissions
*       Q and A
