Monthly Concur Roundtable
The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It's an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.
Date: Wednesday, February 22, 2023 ** Time: 11:00 AM to Noon
Topic: Don't Let Your Trip Unravel, Think Safety When You Travel! There are a variety of risks involved when traveling. The best way to avoid risk is to plan ahead and be prepared for emergencies that may arise. Thankfully, UO's Safety and Risk Services is here to guide travelers to resources to help them anticipate possible risks and prepare travelers to safely venture out into the world! Please join the Travel Office in welcoming Deb Donning, Director for Risk Management and Insurance to our monthly discussion. This will be a great opportunity to learn about university safety resources, get tips for safer business travel, and learn steps to follow when emergencies or accidents happen while traveling. Travel Office Staff will also provide a brief demonstration in Concur to show when and how to add Foreign Travel Insurance to Expense Reports in Concur.
