The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the last Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Topic: Traveler Tips-What every traveler needs to know for a fast and smooth reimbursement process!-It is clear that UO business travelers are ready to get back out into the world! In the past few months requests for travel have quadrupled and many travelers and travel delegates are having to recall policies and procedures that they have not used in some time due to the pandemic. We have compiled a list of the top 10 tips that travelers need to know to help them have a smooth travel and expense reimbursement experience. As a bonus, we have also comprised a list of the top 10 Concur tips we can offer travelers and delegates. With these tips and tools in your pocket, you are sure to have a reimbursement experience that is quicker and easier!
