The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates on the last Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and travel.

Topic:  The Importance of Concur Request * Lessons learned during the COVID-19 Outbreak plus update to UO Travel suspension  **

                Presenters: Krista Dillon, Safety Risk Services, Director of Operations and Brian Strait, Business Affairs, Concur Technical Administrator
Phil will be discussing the purpose and mechanics of the accrual accounting process as it applies to travel expense reports. Phil will go over:


  *   Krista and Brian will share how Concur Request data in Concur Locate was used recently during the COVID-19 pandemic and will provide updates on future UO business travel
  *   Travel Office will lead discussion on new information learned about Request
  *   Demonstrations include:
     *   Ways to maximize Request as a tool for your department
     *   How to be sure the Request is attached to the Expense Report
