Hi Concur users -

Do you have a travel or Concur topic you would like to hear about at our monthly Concur Roundtables?  We are working on our list of topics for 2020 and want to know what you want to know!

Here are a few of the topics we are thinking about:


*         Smart airline purchases - Tips and tricks on how to get the most bang for your buck.

*         Business Purpose Brain Bowl - come for a little friendly competition and see if you can identify what makes a good business purpose

*         Candidate Travel - bringing your interviewees and families to campus

*         Travel insurance - panel discussion with Office of Safety and Risk, Dept of Parking and Transportation - Foreign travel insurance, rental car insurance (what you need to know, what to do in case of accident)

*         Shadow systems and reconciliation

*         Paying for international service providers and visitors
