Campus Travel Coordinators -  Here are upcoming Travel educational opportunities:


Travel Reimbursement Training    Location:  Thompson University Center, Room 305

     Travel Policy  -  Tuesday, December 19  -  1:00 pm to 5:00 pm  **   Limited Seating - Please Register Soon!

This class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Both must be completed in order to process travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel form.    New travel policy was recently announced and is retroactive to April 1, 2017.  Please consider this class for all experienced travel coordinators and certifiers as a refresher.

Travel training for new travel coordinators for preparing travel reimbursements using the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.  Travel Policy class is a prerequisite to the Travel Forms class.  Completing both classes provides access to the Duckweb travel reimbursement form.
