Report 1 is a review of the literature on faculty of color retention.



Report 2 comprises reports done by external consultants after interviewing UO faculty of color (Voices of UO Faculty of Color: External Consultants Active Retention Report).



Report 3 is current thinking about solutions. (A Proposal for the Creation of an Active Retention Program: Creating a Supportive Climate of Belonging and Successor UO Faculty of Color).
