[Uosenateexec] Draft wording for motion to create a task force on service

Dear Senate Exec,

I attach the draft wording for a motion to create a task force on service. I ended up constraining it to faculty service, in large part because the assessment of service is tied to job descriptions and service is not part of the job description for OAs and Classified staff. I recognize that this does not respond to Jay’s plea not to leave Classified Staff and OAs out of the discussion, so I look forward to some conversation during our meeting on how to approach this question.

Also, on the assumption that some version of this motion is endorsed by Senate Exec, I invite anyone who is interested in becoming a co-sponsor to let me know.
