Dear Senators:

Thank you very much for all that you do to facilitate meaningful shared governance at the University of Oregon.
I am also reaching out to thank you for your support of President Sandoval's exemplary leadership. He is an amazing scholar, visionary leader and a wonderful colleague.
As part of the UO Summit<https://around.uoregon.edu/content/spring-climate-summit-seeks-amplify-actions> on the IDEAL Campus Climate, Professor Sandoval is presenting closing remarks at 3 pm in the EMU  and also sharing his work on retention at the 2:15 Transformers Panel.  I am hoping that members of the Senate can join us at the reception and the panel to support Gerard and to congratulate him on his amazing leadership.
